It’s been raining all the way for three consecutive days here in Baguio. This is probably due to the monsoon rains brought by a typhoon called “MARCE”. Baguio 99th Charter Day Anniversary

Baguio started celebrating its 99th charter day anniversary since September 1. It has also started launching a year-long schedule of activities for the centennial anniversary next year.
