Once again on its 15th year, Baguio City celebrates Flower Festival or more widely known as Panagbenga. This year’s theme is “Celebrating 15 Years of Festival Excellence”. The grand street parade was held February 27, while the main attraction Grand Float Parade was held February 28, 2010.
